Short version: this site doesn't sell your data, doesn't run ads, and only asks for your email when you choose to give it.
What we collect
- When you buy the book: the checkout provider collects your name, email and payment details to process the order and send the PDF. We receive your name, email and what you bought, never your card details.
- If you ask for the free chapter or a newsletter: your email address, kept by our email provider. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- When you email us: your message and address, to answer you.
- When you visit: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies and other services
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to send them. If you click a link to Amazon or another store, that store may set its own cookies, for example to credit the referral.
How we use it
To deliver the book and its updates, handle refunds, answer your emails and, if you signed up, send coffee notes. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
Write to contact@ninoscarpati.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
