Email contact@ninoscarpati.com within 30 days of buying, from the address you bought with (or tell us that address). One email is enough: no questions, no forms, and you keep the book.
When you get it
We refund the full price to the card or account you paid with, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
After 30 days
Write to us anyway if something went wrong, like a missing download or a double charge; we'll put it right.
